FAQs

Q: What times can I train?

A: Studio hours are from 7am to 9pm from Monday to Friday, with our last evening session at 8pm, and Saturdays are from 8am to 2pm, with our last session at 1pm in the afternoon.

Q: Is parking available?

A: Free parking is outside the studio on Oakleigh Road North, but we also have a single parking bay directly in front for clients who wish to use this.

Q: What if I cannot attend my session?

A: We will postpone any missed sessions if you give us 24 hours advance notice of the booking.

Q: What happens if I decide Personal Training is not for me?

A: We offer a full induction and fitness assessment before you begin to help assure you of any concerns, and will apply a programme fit for your needs. If after the initial period we can see there are issues then an agreement will be made to cancel and refund according to your time spent.
