We are not like the other local BIG BOX GYMS. We offer a simple approach to help you with more affordable and sustainable fitness.

OPERATIONS UPDATE

Our facility will only operate under the strict guidelines and supervision of the owners and managers of the studio.

We are following strict government guidelines and currently operating online or outdoor. We are offering 1:1 Safe Distance Personal Training Sessions for 1 hour, using a small amount of sanitised equipment, or preferably no equipment, which will be mostly dependent on the weather.

We are currently closed and we await the “Green Light” to open our doors and welcome you back to our venue.
