WHAT YOU GET FOR £150

6 WEEK PROGRAMME

Join a small and motivated team of up to 4 people per class and train twice a week. You can choose from 3 time slots on weekdays: mornings, afternoons and early evenings. Your classes will be taken by fully qualified personal trainers who will have the experience to measure and personalise your fitness, so you can see lasting RESULTS.

12 GROUP TRAINING SESSIONS

Through these 12 PT-led sessions you will be able to develop your fitness within a small group, to incorporate Cardio, Core, Conditioning, Toning and Strength Training; each adapted to improve your performance. Take a more disciplined approach to your fitness, train more consistently and progress further together.

SPLIT THE COST OF PT

Standard Personal Training rates may not fit into your budget, so forming a group avoids the full cost of a 1:1 Programme. Our SGPT training sessions are programme-driven to get you the RESULTS YOU DESERVE, helping you to stay fit and save pounds.

SHARE YOUR GOALS

Work as a team, feel motivated, gain results and train with other like-minded people. Small Group training will help build your confidence within the class environment so you can have fun sharing your goals. 

GUIDED NUTRITION

We offer adaptable and effective nutritional advice, to help guide you throughout your programme. We will show how you can make simple and effective changes in your diet, to help you toward achieving the best results possible.

SGPT – 9:30AM
Ideal after the School Run. Start fast, train before you work and feel energised for the rest of your day.
SGPT – 12:30PM
Ideal during lunch. Escape the office. Get some "me time" by prioritising your health and wellbeing.
SGPT – 7:00PM
Train after work to relieve the stresses of the day. Help improve quality of sleep to feel fresh and revitalised.
